Only ate 1.5 squares of my allotted chocolate meaning I can grab a square during the week when I want one
2 load of washing
Clothes all drying in the lounge by the fire overnight
Set up ironing board for tomorrow

Take dog for a walk
Meal plan for week
Make Tuna bake for busy nights now sport for kids is back

Cook roast pork
Ironing
Move baby chickens

Cubs with youngest

Tuesday
Sport with kids
Pasta bake dinner and corn in micro for kids

Cauli bake and leftover pork for adults
Dry towels overnight

Pack away washing drying in lounge
Basket clothes up for bedrooms

Old electric blanket to bin

Thursday
Kids sport
Washing on and drying in front of the fire
I had a snack of K crawling at 5pm ish and have fasted since. It's my first round whist in keto this time I'm keen to see how long I can comfortably go

Friday
Last day of work for the week and it's been an enjoyable but tiring week
The work I'm loving but I'm wishing hubby would pick up some slack at home and help with meals for the evening for meals especially on the nights I'm taking the kids to sport

Hoping I can get in to the 114 numbers this week

This week I've eaten 99% compliant this week
Keto pizza from homemade dough
Cauliflower bake
Lots of coffee and cream
Different dinners frozen during iso from the freezer
All compliant snacks


Work is good but due to the nature of it at the moment I'm not able to move around much. 



Current Weightloss goal is to fit in my ski pants. I can get them on but there is a stubborn belly that won't let them close...3 weeks until we go away.

Finally I'm back


Gee talking about losing your blogging mojo! I suppose it's a combination of not doing anything much and not really having anything to talk about.

I got back on the low carb train. I think it was the fright of going back up to 120 that kicked me into gear. Weigh in later today (im still in bed) I'm working full time for the net fe weeks so a Sunday weigh in is better for me in terms of time on Monday mornings.

Kids are fine
Animals are fine
All is good.

When I go in today I'm hoping to be 118 something.

Veggie garden

Planting in the veggie garden is coming along nicely.

Snow peas,
Beetroot
Radish
Kale
Cabbage
Brocolli
Leek
Onions

Yesterday my friend went to Bunnings and asked if I needed anything. She picked me up some seedlings

Mini brocolli
Mini cabbages
Snow peas

If I  get time today I will get them planted but I need to crack on with housework today a sim working a lot this week and want some or X rather than chaos at home


Getting my shit together!

My scales this morning registered me as

119.3kg

I must admit I was expecting worse...there have been
Crisps
Pizza
Chocolate
Popcorn
Toast
Biscuits

And so many other things...each time I've been left feeling bleurgh but I've gone back for more.

Today I start again. My meals for the weeks are planned out,I've bought the food, today I'm going to start some cooking for it. I'm working Monday Tuesday and Thursday this week doing on site supervision at school for parents of essential workers that cant self isolate. My kids will stay home Monday with their dad but on Tuesday and Thursday they will be with me as he will be in at his school. Friday is a mental health day for everyone so no remote learning to do.
